Our Product Return and Privacy Policies

Product Returns: If you are not satisfied with the product or products you order from Nature's Friend, we will refund your purchase price in full upon receipt of the undamaged and unused product or products shipped, postage paid, back to Nature's Friend. If customers receive product or products that were damaged in shipment, we will deal with the shipping company and will replace the damaged product or products at no additional cost, and will rebate the customer for the expense to ship the damaged product or products, via USPS, back to Nature's Friend. This is a 30-day guarantee of absolute customer satisfaction. We want you to have only the best possible experience shopping Nature's Friend.

Privacy: Nature's Friend does not sell customer information to anyone, period. The only correspondence you will receive from Nature's Friend will be in response to your inquiries, customer service, to confirm shipping info, etc. We may advertise sales and specials to customers via e-mail from time to time.
